Micro-entrepreneurs: entre indépendance et subordination
Brigitte Pereira
Entreprendre & innover, 2019, vol. n° 40, issue 1, 45-54
Abstract:
The distinctions between micro-entrepreneurship and salaried work are today taking on a new dimension. Some cases of solo entrepreneurship reveal a true relationship of subordination to the client or the customer. Beyond the logic of the creation of individual enterprises, this article aims to compare the situation of micro-entrepreneurs with that of the employees, relying on the decisions of the judges in terms of requalification of the contracts. This analysis opens up new questions about new forms of work, especially those carried out on digital platforms.
