Abstract:
A model of social exchange implemented within the association ?De l?Ombre à la Lumière? reveals the keys to success that generate performance and social innovation. The subtle balance of this exchange depends on the ability of the social entrepreneur to adopt a form of management based on the following triptych: time, resources, and trust. The results obtained illustrate that social innovations are at the service of individuals through organizations.
