Abstract: The Future Family Business Leader diploma [Certificat Futur dirigeant d?entreprise familiale] offered by Audencia Business School combines the expertise of academics with that of professionals whose work involves supporting family businesses. Developed as part of a wider executive education program, the diploma aims to help enhance the sustainability and growth of family businesses through a focus on transgenerational entrepreneurship and leadership. The core focus of the program involves participants developing their own individual entrepreneurial projects and implementing them within their family businesses. According to the experts who created the program, this entrepreneurial project contributes to building successor legitimacy.
