Former des entrepreneurs responsables en développement durable

Abstract:
Training actors in responsible and sustainable entrepreneurship requires the prior characterization of the type of entrepreneurs needed for the job so as to translate the objectives of these forms of entrepreneurship in terms of acquirable skills. This paper?s approach is twofold. First, it focuses on the concept of the responsible entrepreneur in sustainable development (SD) and provides specifications that comprise five structuring dimensions. Second, it breaks down the expected knowledge and skills by distinguishing four levels: cognitive, functional (or operational), relational (or behavioral), and the meta-skills that are at the root of complex learning processes.
