Abstract:
Rémi Bachelet is the creator of the MOOC ?Gestion de Projet? (GdP; Project Management), the biggest French MOOC in terms of number of participants (256,562 since 2013). Unlike most MOOCS, it did not require heavy investment and operates with a frugal business model. What are the pedagogical, organizational, and economic keys of this adventure? This article explains the atypical functioning of the MOOC GdP by telling the story of its implementation, and it puts into perspective the lessons of its designer after seven years of operation.
