Abstract: The interview traces the path taken by Samanta Vergati to create and manage her company Altrimenti, through reinventing the role that gender plays on both entrepreneurial and managerial levels in this venture. She shows how a more egalitarian view of both the concept and its relational practices can lead to enacting alternative ways of being, thinking, and doing as a female entrepreneur operating in a climate-friendly and inclusively managed company.
