Abstract:
The interview of Corinne Renard and Claire Raveneaux by Marie-Hélène Girbau-Grimoin and Yann Papastratis takes us into the fascinating questioning of two expert coaches. It reveals two major dilemmas in relation to coaching tools. But how do coaches base their expert judgement on these dilemmas? What constitutes their expertise in the choice and handling of tools? How do they acquire it and can they transfer it to entrepreneurs? These are the questions that we propose to develop, based on a few concepts that allow us to analyse what a management tool is and what expertise in the use of tools in entrepreneurial support consists of, is learned and transferred.
