Abstract:
If pedagogy of entrepreneurial accompaniment attracts greater attention, the explicit sharing of practices remains marginal. This article aims to do that. An original approach and an innovative pedagogical model inspired the Academy of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (AEI) to award us the 2021 Prize of pedagogical innovation. Fruit of a praxeological approach of reflection-in-action and collaborations with education experts, the proposed model places Being at its heart, as a clear affirmation of the place that the development of people must occupy in entrepreneurial accompaniment. In addition, the identification of meaning, for oneself and for society, and dialogue act as driving forces for the implementation of the model. This innovative practice requires careful planning of each session and a review of teaching and learning postures. The shared accompaniment practice is that within a university incubator in Quebec.
