Pédagogie de l’accompagnement entrepreneurial (1): mise en mouvement des parties prenantes à la relation

Jean Bibeau and Roxane Meilleur

Entreprendre & innover, 2022, vol. n° 52, issue 1, 55-65

Abstract: Entrepreneurial accompaniment takes many forms. In both professional and academic contexts, people accompanying and being accompanied enter a relationship to carry out a viable and value-creating project. But what is the very meaning of the project? What are the motivations to carry out this project? Pedagogy has a role to play in how a person can realize themselves while carrying out their project. This article proposes a pedagogy based on the generation of meaning and dialogue as a lever for people?s motivations for commitment and action. It is called the Experiential Space (E²) and its implementation within a university incubator is studied. The results show that the quest for meaning, dialogue, biorhythms, co-construction of knowledge and benevolence are ingredients that develop the person and the project. The study is also an invitation to rethinking the respective roles of these stakeholders to the accompaniment relationship.
