Abstract: The recent crises that we are experiencing give us a glimpse of the world to come. The observation can be made that the majority of the answers currently provided by entrepreneurs and managers do not take the measure of the situation. Unlike current so-called “ecological” organizational practices, it above all contributes to focusing more attention on the issues of innovation and governance, which are much more likely to provide responses commensurate with the challenges to come.
