Portefeuille hybride de business models et durabilité des entreprises multimarchés

Raphaël Maucuer and Alexandre Renaud

Entreprendre & innover, 2022, vol. n° 54, issue 3, 58-69

Abstract: Many companies are facing societal pressures that threaten their sustainability and force them to reinvent themselves. The creation of hybrid business models provides a solution to meet the expectations expressed by a single environment. But what about companies facing differentiated environments? This article aims to understand how to adapt to multiple environments by developing a hybrid portfolio of business models. Based on a single case study, we show the contribution of this new tool to adapt and transform the activities of companies evolving in different markets.
