Abstract:
Innovation can improve the quality of life of people with disabilities. We experimented an inclusive innovation teaching in a business school. Our article provides insights on three objectives: raising awareness on disabilities, transmitting universal design approaches and enabling the participation of people with disabilities. It encourages teachers to deconstruct the prejudices of their students on disabilities, insisting on the role of the environment, and organize the participation of people with disabilities in the course.
