Abstract:
This interview explains the origins, activities, and challenges of the AMAROK Observatory 1 , created in 2009 by Olivier Torrès. The AMAROK Observatory is an association concerned with the physical and mental health of non-salaried workers: managers of SMEs, self-employed traders, craftsmen, and farmers, among others. It brings together around fifteen researchers who study the links between the health of businesses and that of their managers. The Observatory?s core activity is to offer Prevention and Occupational Health Services digital self-diagnosis device for the health of business owners, as well as a psychological counselling unit as a gateway to other forms of care if necessary.
