Abstract:
Faced with environmental, social, and societal challenges, experiments have surged. Yet, for effective responses, these projects must comply with dual constraints: normative scrutiny and operational insights from real-world encounters. Drawing on years of participative observation, this article updates elements enabling the Territories Zero Long-Term Unemployment project (TZCLD) to integrate experimentation and systematic feedback. The development of an original structure, overseeing close dialogue, capitalizing on lessons learned, and ensuring normative compliance, proves a key success factor.
