Abstract:
In this interview, Michel Nicolas, current DGA (deputy director) of Nantes Métropole and former director of Fab.t, the local enterprise factory, explains how territory entrepreneurship can emerge from individual initiatives or be based on coordinated actions between local authorities and SSE actors. He shows how the creation of cooperation between local authorities and SSE actors plays a key role, but requires the organization of dialogue.
