La Collection Miss Mandarine, pour développer les compétences intrapreneuriales des collaborateurs de grandes organisations

Abstract:
Miss Mandarine scheme brings together start-up managers and employees of large organizations. The aim is, for the employees, to develop new professional attitudes like those of start-ups ? more openness, adaptability and creativity. The start-up is seen as an educational mediator. However, it will benefit from the experience and support of employees. This study shows that, in the relationship between major groups and start-ups, as long as a secure environment and a bond of trust are created between the stakeholders, and that each respects the sometimes antagonistic practices of the other, real wealth can be created. Everyone benefits from this collaboration.
