Abstract:
This text focuses on the notion of governance applied to the territorial dynamics. It implies in a first part to try to define what we call a territorial dynamic and the notion itself of territory. In a few words, a territory results of a construction and coordination process by actors generally at a local level but intricated with others level (it is a multi-scale analysis) in order to explicit and try to solve a common problem inside a determined geographical area. The following parts propose to consider the consequence into the globalization process, of the presence og territorial governance in the public policies which become public action.
