Annie Lamanthe
Géographie, économie, société, 2007, vol. 9, issue 3, 257-270
Abstract:
The article aims to describe some aspects of the globalization context which with agrofood systems have to deal since the beginning of the 80?s. The globalization is seen here as a social process of free-trade market extension at the international level. The article emphasizes two main figures of this process : the building of large free-trade markets areas such as Mercosur and European Union; the rise of global standards. © 2007 Lavoisier, Paris.
