Géographie, économie, société, 2008, vol. 10, issue 3, 295-309
Abstract:
This paper proposes to highlight the causality links existing between the evolution of a « conceptual patrimony » regarding the territorial features of economic development on the one hand, and the new forms of public action supporting local economies on the other hand. The author describes the articulations between studies conducted on industrial districts, clusters, innovative circles and technological parks. The aim is to show how they are at the founding of public policies related to territorial development and especially to competitiveness poles. © 2008 Lavoisier, Paris. Tous droits réservés.
