Les métamorphoses du travail.. Requiem pour l'emploi salarié ?

Abstract:
The questioning of the fordist industrial model does not mean the end of labour, but its transformation in a context of institutional instability. The salaried work, as a dominant social standard, has been the engine of the economic expansion during the 1950-1970s. The economic globalization and the free circulation of workers has led to the destruction of this industrial model. What are the transformations? What is the sociological analysis of this question? What are the institutional answers?
