L'attitude, clef de voûte de la sortie du sous-développement

Abstract:
Under-development is a revenue per capita that does not match the cost of a man. To Marx this is fostered by capitalism which implacably increases it to boot. However, many a country have eradicated desti-tution via their insertion into the global capitalistic market. This firstly requires a radical attitudinal change, then some crossbreeding with Western culture.
