Abstract:
The paragraphs of this article analyze the links between an economic context and the adjusting or creative innovation variable. They also stress the extreme importance as well as the stakes and the hopes put in the ?perennial innovation?, often named the ?breakaway innovation?, to meet the expectations of the 21st century. Very difficult to produce and having to set up the deep functionalities of the brain, its development implies a ?science of the innovation?. The sequence ?endogenous? is precisely a proposition suggesting the importance of the innovating potentialities held by the human nature. JEL Codes: O31, O32, C9
