Abstract:
This work is an attempt to explain the influence of gamified experience on the motivation to learn and to develop a positive attitude towards learning. The gamified experience can be an effective tool for organizations to encourage learning of their employees. To this end, a research model using a survey was adopted to assess the impact of the gamified experience on motivation to learn and on learning attitude. In addition, our results indicate a positive relationship between the gamified experience and learning. The latter is the result of an autonomous motivation of the employee. As a result, this research provides recommendations on the best practices to adopt in order to optimize the learning process of employees. JEL Codes : M12, M53, C71, C72
