Abstract:
This study provides a comprehensive overview of the relationship between digital platforms and innovation, using a hybrid integrated journal and combining bibliometric analysis with a 4 W framework-based journal (what, where, why and when). We rely on the thematic structure of research on digital platforms and innovation for the period 2000-2023 by performing a bibliometric linkage, a co-occurrence of keywords and a thematic content analysis, social networks, and the grouping of scientific papers. The results indicate that future research will focus on two themes: (a) the digital platform ecosystem (b) and international entrepreneurship. This article provides researchers, businesses, and policy-makers with information on the relationship between digital platforms and innovation. JEL Codes : L86, O31, O33, L26
