Microfinance et gouvernance: réflexions pour une régulation articulée entre secteurs public et privé

Abstract:
Microfinance is developing tremendously for the last few years. As an industry, it is now growing and diversifying quite rapidly. Therefore, it seems relevant to question its governance structure by asking which functions should be assumed by the private sector and which ones should be part of adequate public policies. This paper aims at sharing some first considerations on this challenge.
