Abstract:
Factors and governance of attractiveness of a territory on households and investors were analyzed. A territory is very attractive for individuals when he allows them to benefit from strong capabilities in the sense of Amartya Sen. To make their territory attractive, the local authorities can make them sustainable, by respecting the principles of the sustainable development or to facilitate emergence of clusters by giving them a competitive advantage.
