Abstract:
NGOs funding is characterized in France by global preeminence of private money, marginal share of official development assistance, local authorities grants for micro and mini organizations. This shape of "French exception" produces a weak visibility for the small structures, yet numerous and active. This emphasizes the risk of local political choices domination. ?French IPSI? would win nevertheless if they succeeded in networking with big NGOs national advocacy campaigns and to link better with them.
