Impact des facteurs d'attractivité des territoires sur la production future des déchets urbains en Algérie

Abstract: This study analyzes the impact of the attractiveness factors of the territories on the future production of urban waste in Algeria. We use econometrics to project the future production of urban waste in 48 wilaya. The analysis shows that the production of urban waste in Algeria is positively related to several factors : population density, retail trade. The projection of future municipal waste amounts to 38 million tons in 2025.
