Abstract:
This paper suggests exploring the ethical context in Tunisians companies as perceived by employees, through studying the concept of ethical work climate. The results of the qualitative exploratory research, stressed divergent perceptions of the predominant ethical work climate in their organizations. This implies suitable managerial practices and ethical actions.
