Abstract: Innovative enterprises are created with and often rely on relational resources from pre-existing networks. It?s notably visible in client search, and hiring that often use professional or nonprofessional relations. Thus, in hiring, both ?objective? skills and complementarity, adhesion to to the project developed in the structure are highly valued. Furthermore, innovative enterprises are characterized by an increased importance of interpersonal relations : internal crises in these structures threaten their existence and the future of the project.
