7. L’émergence d’une classe dominante mondialisée ?

Anne Catherine Wagner

Regards croisés sur l'économie, 2017, vol. n° 21, issue 2, 91-100

Abstract: The article analyzes the social and institutional mechanisms that could make the formation of an international ruling class possible. It raises the question of the coherence and national attachments of this class, before confronting the dynamics of the internationalization of the dominant classes with those of the dominated classes.
