Abstract:
The reflections presented in this paper are the result of a workshop organized at the Centre de Sociologie des Organisations (CSO) entitled: ?Competing with each other: By what right?? The contributions analyzed law as a framework, an instrument, and a space where competition offers opportunities for commercial exchanges. This article will first explain how competition is socially constructed and how an endogenous approach to the relations between law and competition constitutes an original perspective. Then it will examine a possible economization of competition law and how law can be both a grip and a support in competition relations.
