Abstract:
In the wake of salient sales on the crypto-art market, Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) have been increasingly popular in the media and among the public. While their advocates promote them as a revolution for creation and its funding, NFTs remain a promise nurturing speculation. A regulation is coming, through reglementation and the return of traditional actors in the field.
