Abstract:
In this interview, Anne Grumet presents the main results of a report she coordinated for a French governmental council dedicated to gender equality. Inequality between women and men remains widespread across the entire cultural sector. The report’s central recommendation consists in conditioning public funding of culture to the fulfilment of equality targets.
