Quel salariat pour quelle agriculture en France ?

Abstract:
French agricultural labour is experiencing a gradual increase in wage labour, which conceals two quicker evolutions: the increasing lack of job security and outsourcing for agricultural employees. These workers have varied profiles and are employed through diverse professional statuses used in a complementary manner on farms. Public policies accompany these changes within an ?entrepreneurial? agricultural development model. Many countries are going through the same dynamic, with very diversified national forms of mobilization for precarious workers.
