Le double régime du marché vinicole

Abstract:
Should one worry about the inextricable jungle of products on the wine market? Probably not, because like the art market, the wine market has withstood the standardization of quality, and let coexist two commercialization regimes with radically different functioning but still interacting: a classical regime of goods standardization and a regime closer to the art market.
