Abstract: In this interview, Noé Kabouche presents a specific practice in the vegetarian and vegan activist world: collaboration with the agro-industrial world through the proposal for labeling plant-based food products. He discusses the conditions for such collaboration, its tangible impacts on the agri-food sector but also its limits, especially on NGOs.
