Abstract:
In this interview, we explore with Ève Fouilleux agricultural and food policies and the concepts of food security and food sovereignty. She explains how international institutions matter and how the private sector influence global policy-making. She deconstructs the productivist myths of food security, underlines the importance of agricultural alternatives and explains what political science approaches bring to the analysis.
