Abstract: In 2020, most industries have had to rethink not only their role, but also what mechanisms to implement to withstand an unprecedented succession of severe, worldwide, and unknown crises. As a key player of the economic recovery plan, expected to ?absorb shocks?, the insurance industry is facing a double responsibility: supporting its clients in these trying times with an appropriate level of indemnification and quality of services, while having to enhance its prediction capabilities, in order to bring new solutions to an ever- changing risk environment.
