Les défis exceptionnels posés par la crise de la Covid-19

Abstract: In 2020, the world, Europe and France experienced a major health, economic, social and geopolitical (terrorism, etc.) crisis, which will continue into 2021 and leave lasting traces on individual behaviour and life in society. The purpose of this article is to analyse the main facets of this exceptional crisis, focusing in particular on the monetary and financial components of the shock, the sustainable return of States and the prolonged activism of public policies.
