Économie fondée sur la connaissance et théories récentes de la firme: une lecture veblenienne

Véronique Dutraive

Revue d'économie industrielle, 2008, vol. n° 124, issue 4, 51-70

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is a veblenian reinterpretation of contemporary theories of the firm and of their contributions to a better understanding of the so called knowledge-based economies. Within such economies, the role of knowledge and immaterial assets, firm governance and the relation between property and control are main issues considered.
