Abstract:
?Global production networks now benefit from the application of disruptive information technologies, which offer new growth prospects for international trade. The objective of this article is to provide original insight into the impact of disruptive technologies on the monitoring of global production networks with reference to Big Data. Three innovative technological arrangements, namely LSP control towers, on the one hand, and the business spheres and supply chain cockpits of the loaders, on the other, tend to indicate that a new generation of tools for functional and informational integration is emerging in a context of widespread use of Big Data. ? ?JEL classification:? ? ? ?D23, D83, F23, L22, M10.?
