Efficacité et dévoilement entrepreneurial: le rôle des techniques de créativité

Abstract:
In entrepreneurship, technique is most frequently defined as a source of effectiveness. However, recent theories on effectuation and on the turbulent aspects of business venture emphasize that entrepreneurial phenomenon does not only aim at a single result (business creation); it also generates the exploration and exploitation of multiple potentials. Our study is focused on the role of creativity techniques among groups of students. Such techniques help them to objectify and put into perspective their beliefs. In turn, they encourage them to assert their entrepreneurial intentions. This is possible if students articulate creativity techniques with other techniques such as meta-discourse, critical approaches of practice and a set of skills such as learning through guidance. Our conclusions invite other scholars to identify the different techniques that are consciously and unconsciously embedded in the structure of entrepreneurial intention in order to see how individuals balance multiple ways of achieving a goal-oriented entrepreneurial action.
