Abstract:
This article focuses on the conditions of survival of a young company from the study of the construction/destruction of social ties between the entrepreneurial team. A lot of work focuses on the use of social network for business development, but what are the risks of mobilizing the social network to find the right partners for business creation? Building and strengthening ties between the partners appear to be important factors in the survival and success of a young company, especially in the context of the survival of the entrepreneurial team.
