Abstract:
Our purpose in this article is to understand how France can grasp the issue of climate justice and to imagine the project that it could develop, in particular from the angle of public policies. From climate justice claimed to repair an ecological debt, to climate justice as a recognized principle of action and implemented in public policies, many perspectives appear to think of a more inclusive development model and respectful of the rights of everyone including of the most vulnerable and the most disadvantaged.
