Abstract:
If, unlike Germany, Italy or Ireland, France has not known major political and social unrest involving former demobilized soldiers, i.e. the study of possible reconversion of war violence into ?private? violence, much nevertheless remains to be explored. This article intends to contribute to this ongoing project, based on examples and statistical data from judicial databases.
