Abstract: Community of Economics professors (CNU section 05) has many members, but increases more slowly than Law or Management. Because of the specific recruitment manned ?agrégation externe?, our professors are younger, but their career is slower. The share between professor and associate professor is the same as in the other areas. We have the same result for gender and location as well. We observe a very low proportion of women in the upper rungs. Fifties are not sufficiently represented on the top either. Finally, some professors have been discouraged and abandoned attempts to the career development.
