Jacques Lesourne (1928-2020). Une méthode au service d’une vision
Jacques Thépot
Revue d'économie politique, 2021, vol. 131, issue 1, 1-9
Abstract:
Jacques Lesourne passed away in March 2020. This article pays tribute to one of the most successful economists of his generation. He belongs to the lineage of French engineers who founded microeconomics. The diversity of his work, from cost-benefit analysis to prospective and self-organization, finds its consistency both in the method and the vision of an economist who tirelessly paved the way for the reform of our societies.
