Abstract:
In this article, we look back to the causes of the efficiency of the coordination in the Local Productive Systems. We first try to see how the firms cope with the deficiencies when they happen in a bilateral relationship. We use the HIRSCHMAN?s exit/voice model which says that three kinds of reactions are possible : exit, voice and loyalty. With the analysis of these three categories, we show that the Local Productive Systems use more frequently the loyalty behaviour. Studying the loyalty, we can then identify how comes the efficiency of the coordination in the relationship of the firms but also how this relationship can eventually decline. Classification JEL : R3, D23, L23, D74.
