Abstract:
If the study of the localization of innovative activities is becoming increasingly significant, however, little is still known about the nature and determinants of the localization of technological interweavement. The point is to know about the process of geographical interweavement between innovative enterprise, the existence of territorial pertinence in innovative dynamics and the factors pertaining to such phenomenon. This paper investigates the question through a theoretical and empirical data. Statistical analysis of 122 responses to a survey carried out in the Rhône-Alpes region over 388 industrial firms have shown that three main types of geographical organization strategies do exist. Yet, those want explanation, those in time are not systematic and exclusive. Classification JEL : O32, R12.
